Mortgage contracting services (MCS) steals personal property and locks out homeowners and realtors. White metal screen doors are installed to cover the locks of the home, this prevents the bank from being aware of when the property was actually secured (locks being changed). MCS has repeatedly submitted duplicate photos to their clients claiming they performed work. MCS secures properties prior to receiving authorization from their client and then falsifies information upon actual securing
