I would like to discontinue iTalkBB phone service because of the poor sound quality. In July of 2011, I called the company, they said that they would email me its business address, so I could send the equipment back to the company. But they didn't send me the address at all. They also treaten me if they didn't receive the equipment, they were going to continue to charge me the service fee, but I already use another company phone service and stopped iTalkBB phone service. They nerver email me its business address. After 2 weeks, I talked to them, they told me to go to their website: www.italkbb.com to find its address.

I goole the address, found out it wasn't the company address, I talked to the VA state goverment, the State government told me the company is not registerd for business license in VA.
