NET 10 RIPP OFF - cell phone

I purchased a phone at my local pharmacy. I also purchased a 30 day plan online from net10. Did not receive any airtime at all. I have repeatedly called customer service and the customer service reps continue to disconnect my call. Net10 refuses to refund my money. I have the proof of purchase and Net10 just says they have no record of it. Yet it is deducted from my bank card. I continue to get the run around. Something must be done about these underhanded practices. Also Net10 says there is no address they could give me to request my refund. How can that be? They have to have an office where they do business. I feel completely ripped off. I have checked online and I am not the only one with this problem. I want justice. I'm sure I am not the only American who pays $53.88 to a company like Net 10 and not receive anything for my money. I'm out the cost of the phone $22 and $53.88 That is no small change for someone who also has to purchase more airtime with the former company who I was trying to drop because of an error they made. I also found out in my research that Net10 and Straighttalk wireless are somehow connected. That totally sucks seeing that I was trying to drop Straightt. I want my money back from Net10.
