on 07/14/2011 I spoke with a man from nationwidedoc. prep morgage company named john medina he said he can do a modifacation for me and my uncles loan if I didn, t get the modifacation I will get my money back well he prisited on my sending him directly (not by debit or check ) but by my bank putting this $720 in his bank directly saying he could not help me until he got pd as his lawyer john allen will protect my credit if modifacation was to hurt my credit, thats what I was paying for themn he said if modifacation didn, t go threw he would return my $720.00 I ASKED him to send me that in writing and he did no bank denied my modifaction and mr medina gives me the run around don't answer my calls or email I've sent him I called my bank wells fargo to get my money back it was then wachovia they tell me I have 3 or 4 different referance numvbers for claims they keep closing saying it was over 60 days thay can t help me wells fargo wells fargo pd nationwidedoc. prep on 07/14/2011 I put complanit in with wells fargo on 09/12/2011 as we all know I didn, t get a answer about modifing my loan it takes up to 60 days so i, m can, t get my money back from nationwide or my bank wells fargo all I ghet is a run around I can, t afford to pay this people $720 and get run around please if you can helpme my home number is 570-643-2893 cell 570-982-2089 vivian mullaney/conte nationwide bank number I have is john medina representative and his lawyer john allen 1800-314-3769 xtension 7011 and wells fargo 1800-954-4442 last claim number today is 10/04/2011 xqr277e085341 if theres any thing you can do for me or refer to some one that can help get my money back again thank you my email is contejvmom@yahoo.com
