National Home Trainers Complaint

Ripped Off - Fitness Trainers

- pennsylvania
I hired national home trainers for a home trainer.. They took longer than I was told..Every time I called I spoke to people other than the person I spoke to to sign up... Finally when they found a trainer we filled out the paper work and began with my training..Which began on September 19 2007...It has been well over a month and my trainer wanted to know if I had heard from national home trainers..They had yet to pay him for the services he gave.. When we called them to inquire they told us different stories every time as to when the check was sent..Finally when they stopped ignoring my trainer and spoke with him they got real nasty and told him he was fired..Then called me and told me that they are firing my trainer and sending me a new one... Well I liked the trainer I was with and told them no I wanted the same guy..Then they proceeded to tell me that I was not permitted to have him as a trainer...Everything was done over the computer..They withdrew 562.38 From my credit card on October 5,2007 and I did not pay my trainer..

So I called the credit card company and filed a dispute.. And proceeded to cancel my card so they could not withdraw any more..Further more when I inquired on the web sites under the name of national home trainers I found many rip off sites pertaining to them...Multiple trainers that had never been paid..And customers out a lot of money I have filed a complaint with my states federal commission..I want the consumers out there yo beware of these scam artist...If we do our homework before agreeing to any contract..And check for scams we would not be subject to such scams..So my trainer is out his time and money and has helped me lose a lot of weight..

So I want the public to know about these people and beware..Do not hire them or become one of their trainers you will be sorry and out of a lot of money...
