Well I was sitting at my house and thought id order some chinese food so I looked in the phone book and found hot wok on emerson street so I called and put in a delivery I order beef and broclii with shrimp fried rice and orders of crab ragoons and sweet and sour chickin well they delivered it and I opened it to find the crab ragoons not cooked all the way and the shrimp fried rice burnt to where you couldn't even eat it. So I called back up to the Hot Wok on emerson and told them about the food the manager that I spoke with said that he cooked the food and that was the way it supposed to be cooked well he told me to bring it back up there and he would exchange it so I went on to tell him that if the first batch wasent done then why would I want anymore of the food he cooks and I asked him could I just bring the food and get my money back that I would order from somewhere else and he told me no he wouldn't do that to just eat the food I had or to bring the food back and he would give me a new batch.... What should I do about this ? I really think this is un called for and it should be against the law for any restaurant to do or act the way this one did....So I tolled him I was calling my lawyer to take things further....
