Saint Mary's Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI - My severe alter sound burn that I received at Saint Mary's Hospital - Ultra Sound that gave me a severe second degree burn

I took an alter sound on my right leg and it gave a 2 degree burn. This burn has made my leg hurt worse so I am not able to return to work because my leg and knee pain is now hurting worse.

I called and they told me this could not happen. Well me and a nurse did take the altersound device and go down the burn and it fits. I have not received any assistance from them. They told me it was impossible to do. But however, they never invited me to their office to look at the burn. This is unfair because I am losing money and this scar will be on my leg forever.
