In February of 2010, the drain doctor of dalton ga was called to come to my residence to clean my septic system. In the process, they broke my water line and crushed my field line. They made a mess in my yard and charged me over $1000 dollars for this. I have attempted several times to call them and have them come to repair the mess they made, to no avail. This has also been reported to the bbb and I have had to response. Can you help me. I am not the only person they have done this to, but people are afraid to come forward. I cannot use my front yard anymore, my grandchildren cannot play in it and it is smelling the neighborhood. I do not have 4000 dollars which they said it would cost me to repair the field line they damaged. Never have I had water in my yard since I bought the house.
