Morton Buildings Complaint

I had Morton Buildings construct a building for my business inwhich they subcontracted the concrete floor to another company. Have a signed contract on how the floor was to be installed. It was not installed as per contract, so I withheld the final payment until they would remedy the problem. They could not offer a proper repair or compensation. They immediately turned it over to their lawyers, it has been going on for over 2 years. Their legal team has spent about $100k over a $46k contract dispute and are now coming after me and my family personally as a money issue, that we never had any intention on paying in the first place. Stating we formed our company under false and defrauding pretenses.
