Several years ago, I went to Invent Tech with my invention idea. I was told they were all excited about it. They gave me their price list of services. I chose one that cost me approximately $8,000.00 which I took out a loan for (I'm on medical disability and can't afford much). Anyway, I worked with them for a couple of years trying to find a company that would make my product for me without success: Then I was mailed a letter from Invent Tech stating that if I sign that I was satisfied with their services thus far, they would ad another year of service free of charge. I never heard from them again.
About a year later, thinking that my idea just failed, I was in a Cabellas sporting goods store in the Phoenix, AZ area when I saw my invention on display and for sale. I also went to Bass Pro Shops and saw my invention on display and for sale!!!
I have emailed Invent Tech three times since without any reply. I also called without success. I contacted four attorneys offices without replies as well.
I recently even saw my invention for sale in Wall-Mart!!!
I have all my information and CD concerning my invention I got from Invent Tech years ago. I guaranty you I'm telling you the truth: My invention has been stolen and is being produced and sold without my consent and or personal benefit.
