In December of 2009 my Mother signed a proposal from a roofing company thinking thats all it was. not a full blown contrct. Her insurance co suggested this contractor and only one contractor where off the start they should have at least supplied her with three. However she still has a lien on her home owing to wells fargo bank. so when the bank loss and draft dept asked Mountain High Roofing Inc. for all the documents they needed to start this project it took mhri several months to supply them with documents, so I her daughter decided to take care of this because she had fallen and was very confused. So final papers where finally sent in after a winter and mhri started the project in the spring came out and put the wrong panels
on the panel roof a lesser grade of material, we are not pleased because the smoked panels that where there before helped keep the heat out of the pool area and with the clear they put on was damaging to the surfaces of that area so after several months they asked for another draw from the loss and draft dept to purchase the correct panals. We have paid them all most ninteen thousand dollars. After months they came back out and put panals up again second time a lower grade, mhri finished the main house roof and never replaced gutters or spouts. the city inspector came out and did not pass it for several reasons the same day that insection failed mhri put a lien on her property after two years of facts and emails a full file and the roof still leaks futher more we received papers trying to garnish the moneys that the loss and draft dept had still in the bank for the final payment to mhri of nine thousand on completion we contacted the attorney and expressed that this was not owed to mhri it was for the damage still to date on the roof that needed repared. the persons on the garnishment papers where owed over three hundred thousand dollars that mhri had done a job for them. We have tried to contact mhri attorney because of the lien they put on the house and didn't even finish the work, make no sence to me we are needing to get a release for the loss and draft dept stating the mhri will not be the contractor on this job in order for us to higher another qualified contractor to complete this roof before winter hits again.
