Majestic Honda Complaint

My CRV went underwater in the flood, now its replacement has me gasping for air, - Honda dealership

- Bald Hill Road, Warwick
My well-maintained low mileage Honda CRV was lost when the parking lot at the mall, where I was working was flooded. I located a CRV at Majestic Honda that appeared to be a good replacement vehicle. More miles, one year older, but in nice, clean condition. During the 30 days after purchase I noticed a noise in the rear quadrant and a vibration while driving on the highway. Also the engine light went on. After eight trips to the shop (including 2 to my own mechanic to verify my observations, the car is still not fixed. The tires were balanced, replaced (in order to get a decent tire, I paid half the cost) balanced, and balanced again. The front right wheel hub was changed, the heat shield was removed (not replaced, the gas cap was replaced with a 1/2 new cap and 1/2 old cap, then replaced with a new cap. I have been told 8 times that the car is fine, but the initial noise and vibration is still there. The rear wheel area makes a horrible grinding sound, as if a bearing is bad, I hear it while driving and also heard it when my mechanic put it on the lift. I even noted that the tire was spinning in eliptical vs round spins. Still I am told the car is fine. I am exasperated. I was devastated to lose my car in the first place, but after 8 trips with this car I am just plum worn out and angry!

Today their driver brought the car to me "fixed" I took him for a test ride (with his manager's approval) and within 6 blocks he heard the sound and noticed the vibration. What do I do?
Is it just because I am a female? Is this typical of all dealerships? I am at the end of my rope.
