I came from france to work in houston, so I needed a car asap. After 3 weeks of research I found a car, an eclipse convertible, the car dealer was quite far from my house: I live in kingwood and the car dealer were in southwest houston.
I saw the car on Saturday, I paid $5,000 cash and sign the contract right away. There was the signal on for the engine maintenance, he told me that he did it and the signal will turn off within 100 miles 5 by the way I ve drove more than 2 000 miles and the signal is still on.
so I bought the car on Saturday, and he told me that he will do everything, get the tittle the plates, fix the light and get met the car on Monday to my house.
so Monday he told me that he didn t had the time and that he will deliver the car on Tuesday. Tuesday same thing, he told me he would come on Wednesday!!!
Wednesday, I was waiting all day long, I called him, he told me that he will be there within 20 minutes, then he got lost, and then told me that will be there within 5 minutes, so I went outside waiting for him 5 minutes became 30 minutes!!!! and then he told me that the guy he send to deliver ther car were stupid and got lost again so they are coming back with the car and he will personaly bring me the car tonight!!!! again I was waiting all day long and I try to call him at night to see where he was but he didn t answer the phone, he turned it off!!! I started to panick, I called 911 and they told me that I have to go the next day with a police officer .
the next day, when I told him that I will come with the police office, guess who showed up? finally I got the car. But when he live I found out that I can not lock the drivers door, he didn t tell me about that problem, then found OUT THAT I miss the safe tire, the radio didn t work and the light one is not working!!!!
100 mails after that, he deliver the safe tire, but now I m still driving with no plates`!`!!! and no title
and yesterday the polcie stop me and I GOT ticket because of him
And I m not telling how many days he told me that he will be there with the plates and didn t show up!!!!! he is waisting my time with his lies / one time it was because his brother passed away and then he is alcoholic so he is going to the hospital, and then he has to stay with his kids!!!!!
He knows that I m french and I don t where to go to find some help
so please can you at least tell me what I have to do!!!!
