Mueller Sports Medicine Complaint

I purchased a Mueller Kold pack, freezed it and applied it to my injured back for 15 minutes. I received 2nd degree burns and had to see a doctor for 2 weeks. I tried to contact the company but no one will talk to me. If children use it on their eyes, they will lose them.

It contains a chemical of Ammonium nitrate and water. I still have the pack so consumers may see it.
