THEY TOOK MY BUSINESS AND CHARGE ME $635.00 AS PARTIAL PAYMENT FOR THE MOVE. THEN HAD ANOTHER REP CALL ME AND DO SECOND QUOTE WHICH WAS HIGHER THAN THE FIRST ONE, AND CHARGE ME ANOTHER $733.00 THEY SAID I WAS GETTING A BIG DISCOUNT. S1368.00 TOTAL. THEY ASSURE ME THAN WHEN THE GUYS COME TO DELIVER I WILL BE PAYING NO MORE THAN 5300 TO S600 MORE FOR THE DELIVERY OF 2000 TO 3000 POUNDS. THEY PICKED THE THINGS UP ON THE 27TH OF FEBRUARY AND DID NOT DELIVER UNTIL THE 20TH OF MARCH. WHEN THEY CAME TO DELIVER THEY TOLD ME I HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER $1900.00 IN ORDER TO GET MY THINGS I SAID NO BECAUSE I HAD THE AGREEMENT THAT IS DIFFERENT, THE DRIVER WENT AWAY WITH MY THINGS HE DID NOT DELIVER THEM. THERE IS WHEN I FIND OUT THAT I WAS LIE TO BY AMERICA VAN LINES THEY WERE A BROKER. THEY CAME BACK A WEEK LATER TO DELIVER I WAS FORCE E BEN HUR MOVING COMPANY TO SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM AND PAY 1672.85 IN ORDER TO GET MY THINGS. I HAD NC CHOICE BECAUSE WE'VE BEEN IN THE APT. WITH OUT ANY THING. SO I DID IT. I FELT LIKE SOMEONE HAD A GUN TO MY HEAD AND I HAD NO CHOICE WHEN THIS HAPPEN. THE RESULT I LOST HALF OF MY THINGS THEY WERE STOLEN, I HAVE RENTERS INSURANCE BUT NATIONWIDE INSURANCE TOLD ME THAT THEY CAN DO NOTHING FOR ME BECAUSE ITS A MOVING COMPANY. THE OTHER HALF I GOT SOME WERE BROKEN AND WET. I AME STILL CALLING THEM ABOUT THIS MATTER. I WILL NOT LIKE THIS TO HAPPEN TO ANOTHER PERSON. IN THERE WEB SITE UNDER CUSTOMER COMPLAINS THEY HAVE 422 BAD REPORTS WHO CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS TO STOP SUCH ABUSE ON THE PUBLIC. THANKS DONNA PROVIDENCE
