I recently used Two Guys and a Truck out of Richmond to safely move my belongings from one address to another in New Kent County. I have a 50" Sony LED TV that I purchased for $2300 a few years back. The TV worked perfectly before the move, however the very next day after the move when we went to turn it on, it had a large black blob in the lower left hand quarter of the screen. I have been told by several TV stores that evidently they either packed it to tightly or put too much pressure on the screen causing some sort of liquid to leak. Without even coming out to talk to my wife and I, they sent us a letter of denial for the damage. And the only thing that I have received from them is some wishy washy e-mails still denying the damage. This is like the 3rd or 4th time I have used these people and this is the way I am being treated. Please help! I'm retired and this is a lot of money to loose.
