Matthews Movers Complaint

Don't use Matthews Movers for a long or short move. I moved recently - paid the extra money to have damage replacement or repair if there were problems. I had some furniture gouged and scraped. I contacted Matthews movers over 7 times. I e-mailed them at least 4 times - including sending them estimates. Also mailed back the estimate for damage of goods. Still waiting. It's been 2 months now. I've been left on hold, left messages on voice mail (that's a joke)too. Save yourself some time, aggravation and a lot of stress, use ANYONE ELSE.
