I was working for this co. Selling car warrant over the phone.As time went on I noticed that any commission I was to make was taken back weeks later and I was told that they had cancelled. I started to not believe this. So I started keeping track of clients/phone numbers etc.. And ad I started to call all these people all over the states I found out they were scammed either they had cancelled and could not get their money back or this company took it upon themselves and charged their credit cards monthly,as well as pre authorized checks over the phone. Also they made people believe that they were with gmac, also telling elderly people that when they signed up for there loan they also agreed to keep this coverage on their vehicle. If it was not renewed today they would have their car repossessed. Always praying on the elderly. When customers go to use this warranty it is useless.
I have proof of this fraud this co. Is selling on a average 15 policies a day averaging $30,000 a day in profit. Please contact me I have much more information for you.
