Dry Tech Systems Complaint

I spent a total of $1356 dollars and have nothing to show for my money. I was four days past returning the merchandise and was told that they didn't have to give my money back and that I had people ready to sign up under me. Now two weeks later I can't get omtheir web site and they won't take my phone calls. I think that it all is just a scam.
