Placing Debit Cards On Hold Complaint

Money Net work has thousands of cusotmers Debit cards on hold, having customer fax endless documents such as Dl, Social security #, Moneynetwork is giving cust the run around saying that they never received Faxes, I went on line to the Money network complaint web site and most of the complaints were about money network putting their cards on Hold. I'm unable to pay my bills, and my life is falling apart, right now, please help me
