I have been going through modification with EMC Morgage and have found this to be interesting. Although submitting my required paperwork, it seems they are determined for foreclose on my morgage. I am finding others are having the same issues with this company. I have submitted my paperwork to them four times. I never talk to the same person. I was not assigned a relationship manager until a foreclosure date was set, which I would have not known if I hadn't called. Five times I have insisted on talking to a supervisor(Which never happened) My paperwork has been going to the underwriter 2 months and counting. I was told they can not give me an answer to my modification until a few days before forclosure, Which leaves little chance for options.. My father gave me the name of someone in the system, which is the reason I decided to write this commentary. I was told very few PMI Clients will ever get a modification because banks can collect so much more through PMI collection and sell your property afterward for next to nothing..They've made their money..I was so mad because I could not figure why they won't call or answer my inquiries..I hope someone investigate them and anyone who is taking advantage of ones in this bad position. I have another friend that went through the same thing with EMC and gave up..They will not get my house without a fight and I hope you expose these unethical people and treatment of their clients.
