I stopped by a recently discovered nail salon off the beaten path as a little birthday pampering. The woman at the desk wouldn't give me a definitive price but I thought it to be ok since they were not busy. Sitting in the chair for a wax she aggressively waxed my brows and almost tore off my eyelid. I also needed my chin done but felt hesitant then thought maybe she would be a little more gentle after the anguish I expressed. Well when I left I felt my chin and noticed it had a big cut on the bottom and was bleeding. So I asked for the manager and they wouldn't give me a name or number. I called the police and while the salon girl laughed and said have a nice day. The police said this would have to be taken up in civil court and he couldn't do anything about it.
I just don't want this to happen to anyone else and they should be exposed for such a sloppy practice that assaults its customers.
