On February 14, 2011 a package containing valuables was mailed from Boca Florida to Duluth Georgia. There is a tracking number confirming the package was received and delivered at the very same time and date for both activities. I have contacted the Post Office and were told that the package is being investigated by the Postal Inspector and that it takes 90 days before it can be resolved. I have been calling relentlessly to the Post Office and is getting nowhere with this issue. I cannot understand why an entity as the United States Postal Office cannot track a package to find out what has happened.
I would think this is a safe and trustworthy means of sending /receiving mail and if a package is not received by a customer, especially if there is a tracking number attached which indicates that the package was never delivered to the customer, there are methods in place to have this resolved.
I am seeking your help please.
