Mirrage Pools Complaint

The pool company promise us to complete the pool within 60-90 days, as per this agreement they started the job an year ago and pool still remain incomplete. Whenever we calls to the pool company saying that someone will come by next week, may be tomorrow, and still this tomorrow were going since 3 months.

I insisted to talk to the owner of the pool company he never comes to the phone always going to the recording. Finally all our backyard is mess up since one year we don't know what to do the next step
