Business agreed to pick up and store and service pontoon boat throughout the summer ,Fall and Winter months. The boat was to be stored inside. Dealer was paid in a timely manner, $60.00 per month. When I arrived to use the boat in the Spring the following was noted:
The boat was covered with a heavy layer of pine straw
Newly pusrchased tubs, 24" deep were filled with water
A new top had deteoriated beyond use
A new top frame had not been installed
The deck had deteoriated from weathering and was soft and spongy
The seat cushions were stained black and weather rotted
The table top tiling was all warped and useless
A new sounder had been incorrectly installed resulting in total electronic failure and emergency repair by another dealer
