In early 2008 we purchased a MT285E, Caterpiller. We were told it was brand new, but that was a lie. It has been in the repair shop constantly. And the lies flowed contantly. Since March, we have tried to get this resolved. We we're threatened by the original salesman. He stated that Milton Cat has corporate lawyers that will put us under. So we called his supervisor. Very nice but again, more games. We soon realized the big game. That the longer we have this monster, they will never replace it. So we write letters to everyone. We got a call immediately. Again, oh so nice. But more games. We had it in the repair shop over 2 weeks. Got it back in the same condition. We were told not to pay the monthy bill as Steve would call them. Steve would Inform Joel that Milton Cat would be taking care of the problem. I called Joel 10 days later as he was on vacation. Steve the sales manager never called him. More lies. When does it end. We have lost tens of thousands of dollars on jobs bid with this piece of equiptment.
