I purchased a copier from Metro Copier, and one of the requirements is that I needed it to be networked to a computer before I took possession of the machine. So for a little under three weeks, Roger tried to get it working right and burned through over a $600 set of toner cartridges before the copier would quit jamming, and making these ugly bubbles when I used glossy paper. The copier would print okay at this point for about 75 -150 copies, and then the red gradation would stop working right and start making these yellow lines where the red was suppose to be. Roger finally got it working, and delivered the machine, and I had paid him 3000 dollars on the copier at this point. It worked okay for a few days, and then started doing the same thing all over again.
I ended up ordering my booklets from another printer, and it really set me back, and so I asked them to come get the lemon (copier, on around the 20th of June. Metro instead hired an attorney, and came and got the copier, (that they paid 3000 for) and are now trying to get a judgment for the 6300 on the the complete cost of the copier. I called their attorney, and he will not return my calls, and I called and left a message for Roger that I filed a complaint with BBB and with [snip], but he has not called me either. I just want other businesses to know what kind of people these guys are, and how poorly they stand behind their product, and the scandalous nature of how they do business.
