I am on SSI and I have direct deposit and Mel S Harris is running a scam stealing money from peoples accounts by putting holds on their account I would like some help with this I am disabled woman I will be thrown out from my apt I have no way to get food or pay my bills because of this please HELP

I just filed complaints with 2 bar associations, the FTC and the NYS Attorney generals office. You and anyone who is falsley served and sued by these scam artists need to start banding together to put them and his partner Kerry H Lutz out of business and into jail where they belong! Wake up people! DO something, don't just whine about it!

Don't waste your time with the NYS bar Associations or the NYS Attorney general. I got scammed too fo a debt that isn't even mine and Kerry H. Lutz (Mel S. Harris' associate) wormed hi way out of it by lying to the Bar and the AG. The AG nor the Bar will do anything. Why would they? They're Attorneys too. here's an email address for all of you being scammed to sign these A-holes up for lots of spam.... sschlanger@melharrislaw.com

When I discovered that my account was frozen I went to the court and filed to vacate the judgement that Mel Harris got against me in my absence. They sent all correspondence to a very old address. The judge ordered that they repay me my money with interest by putting it in an escrow account until the case was finished. The case they brought against me was from a bank that I had never heard of. I requested that they produce the documents that show proffo that I entered into a business transaction with that bank. Twice they turned up at court without the documents, now they say that they cannot get the documents so they had to discontinue the trial and return my money with interest. I did not take a lawyer. I defended myself because I knew that I never had any business with that bank. It was stressful when it happened because all of my sisters social secuirty money was int hat account as well. But whatever you do, do not go entering into any payment agreement with them. Do not be scared by their threats. Everything you read about Mel Harris law firm on the internet is true.
