I placed an order on May 21 online. The transaction would not process due to billing/credit card info not being accepted. Same day a $377 hold was placed on my bank account. The hold was removed May 26. May 28 I tried again to place an order online for $300.20. Medifast rejected the order again yet still placed 2 separate $300.20 holds on my bank account. June 1, I was finally able to speak to a supervisor at Medifast. He was able to remove 1 $300.20 hold. Today is June 4 and I am unable to get anyone from Medifast to remove this last hold.
