Mazda3- 2010 - Replacement Parts

My spanking brand-new Mazda3 was involved in a hit&run accident on April 4 2010, the next morning the car was towed to a body repair-shop, and has been sitting there idle since because Mazda can't provide replacement parts and Mazda claims that the needed parts will not be available till the end of May. How is it that they manufactured cars and not manufacture replacement parts for it, the car is not operable and will not be operable until the parts arrive if ever, meantime I still have to make payments for the car and the insurance on it, when I asked Mazda Usa for a car loaner they refused me and told me "tough luck". Here is a company that will not stand behind their product and their poor manufacturing plan and expect the consumer to pay the consequences of their failures, where is the accountability on their part, and their lack of responsibility should make anyone who might be considering purchasing a Mazda aware of their practices.
