I purchased a Beautyrest/Simmons mattress set from Mattress Warehouse in Glen Burnie Md, 21061 on February 5th 2011. It has a bunching/lump in the mattress after 8 months. I called the company, they sent out an inspector service called Mattress Marshals. They agreed the mattress "does not meet the manufacturer's acceptable specifications & they will accept the merchandise back as a defective product". However I received notice that they will replace my mattress w/ a different "comparable" mattress or refund me about $300 less than what I paid for the original mattress. BUT I am responsible for the $65 delivery fee. I should not have to pay any out of pocket for they are the ones at fault. I've tried unsuccesfully to get it resolved through their Customer Service Dept, but they are sticking by the $65 fee. I was hoping to make this public so maybe I could save someone else the trouble I am going through. Thank you kindly for any help
