We recently had to make a trip to Manatee memorial hospital for my wife's kidney problem's unprofessional manner in the way they treated her was unforgiving. First of all we arrived at 4:15 in the afternoon after many times to the front desk for help no one wanted to help they kept saying there`s 2 people in front of you it will not be to much longer, they took everyone else that came in after us until i had enough .My wife went back to the front desk after the second shift change which was at 12:00 midnight to ask why she has not been seen by a doctor yet , and the girl at the front desk was very rude and unprofessional said we are doing the best that we can go have a seat we will call you soon, upon hearing this my wife stood there for a better answer and the want to be security guard said in a very harsh tone of voice told her to go sit down know, I was furious by then and told her that we were leaving this place , and we left to go to a different hospital . We sat there for 8 hours without being seen by a doctor i`m sorry but that is outragious, i can not believe that the best country in the world would treat their own people like we were from mars or somewhere that people do not care about human suffering . There were old people sitting in wheel chairs for eight hours .There was a young black boy about ten years old that had a head wound, this boy had a gash in his head about three inches long from a brick ,he did not receive any treatment and his parents were so angry they left and went to another hospital .I am sorry but this type of service is an outrage no one should have to feel this way
