Sears hometown store Complaint

Leo scotti, licensee of Sears Homestore and manager went ballistic, using profaniy and screaming at us because he wouldn't honor our discount, offered to us by another employee. I took issue with that. And With no provoking, he screamed at the top of his lungs, banning us from his store. I was with my 85 year old partially disabled mother and simply tried to leave the store. He followed us to the door yelling and following us in a threatening manner. We were afraid for our safety because he was so out of control. This is unacceptable behavior and there should be consequences for his actions.
