US Airways Complaint

We traveled home on December 2,2010 from Philadelphis to Dallas, Texas on flight 1183 on US Airways. My husband lost his Green Bay Packer Ring which means a lot to him. A male flight attendant called us that evening, telling us he found the ring and would put it in the mail as soon as the plane reached Memphis. We have never heard or seen the ring. All we want is for US Airways to help us locate the young man, so, we can find out what happened to the ring. US Airways just keep telling us, SORRY, YOUR PROBLEM. Perhaps a little push from the media would help us locate this young man. Please help us.
