Vanderbuilt Morgage Complaint

i bought a mobil home from them//now I am sick and ask for a mod ificatin they will not help me I have talked to them/ and ask the to lower my payments no help there either/ they do have a wrong no on the forms I sign when I got itllthey said this is a 60 ft long. it is 70 I know that is to my good but really illegal/is it any thing I can do
