I brought my car to Maaco and they said that the could paint the car and repair the engine for me.
Well it has been 2 years and they have done nothing but lose parts and lie. I have contacted Maaco corporate and they said they weren't going to help.
I have even asked Ron Burley to help from AARP and he said he would help. To no avail Mr Burley kept stalling all summer long and did nothing to help. I have incredable pictures of my car. It looks horrible and Mr Burly couldn't believe what he saw.
Well I have contacted motor vehicle in Ct. and they have been trying to help. They couldn't believe it also. When they contacted Maaco corporate this man Bruce told motor vehicle that they weren't going to help. So I am stuck with a car thats been at maaco for almost 2 years and nothing is getting done. The owner of Maaco doesn't even try to call me to resolve the mess he has made of my car.
I have many pictures and have even had a mechanic look at the mess and write up a report. Please help Sincerely Rich Cappiello
