I ordered in early April 2009 from Aztlan lowrider bicycle Inc. In late May of 2009 they finally sent PART of my order. The fender was dented, and a wrong sissy bar. I am still waiting for close to two hundred dollars worth of items from them that they claim would be sent out in three days of receiving the bike plus replacement for the damaged and wrong item sent. In July of 2009 they double charged my credit card for the amount of 436.00. So not only did I not get my complete order, I was charged again! I was able to get that reversed on my credit card after 3 months of fighting it. I tried calling this company and they do not answer their phone, nor do they respond to emails. I made a complaint at the BBB who has now received several more complaints on this company. They have closed their post office box as well. I have contacted the chino hills pd and postal inspector and IC3. I had to make a criminal complaint with my local PD of the double charge. I have even posted my complaints on every place I can think of. There are several if not hundreds of victims beside myself regarding this company taking the money and not sending the items. At least as far back as November 2008. They moved to Walnut Ca. soon after they ripped me off. I guess the heat was too much for them when I made a criminal complaint. Then recently they have moved to Covina Ca., Again most likely because customers they ripped off found them and started reporting them to Walnut PD. The owner Mary Semen, who I tracked down and spoke to on the phone uses the excuses she is in the process of moving and orders are lost. She assured me the order would be completed. It's now 2011 and I haven't gotten my money back or my order hmmm. Well, she moves every few months so as not to get caught! I have discovered more complaints as recently as December 2010. If you do a search under Aztlan Bikes complaints or rip off, you can see dozens of others with the same complaints. Her site still shows the same number for when she was in Chino Ca. There is no email address on her site. And according to records, Aztlan bike Inc. operates out of her new home in Covina, the same as it did in Walnut even though the site shows a P. O. Box for Walnut ca. . Also her Walnut home address is listed as up for sale for a little over 500 thousand. This site is still taking orders and not sending merchandise. How long will it take for someone to put an end to this crooked business and get our money back?
