I am a small business owner who orders from companies around the country and world. I found lowestpricedclothing.com and when I saw that they had a brick and mortar store in Brooklyn New York I called and spoke to the manager, Oscar Weber, and after a long conversation, felt comfortable to order. Well, I ordered by check and the clothing order I placed was said to be sent out within a few days. Not only have I not received my order, they ran the check TWICE. That is not a misprint. They ran an electrionic copy of my check twice. Upon contacting him and leaving messages, he no longer writes or calls. I have since did lots of research on the company and have found out they commited the same fraud to hundreds of other small business owners like myself. You can check on ripoffreport.com, city search and just about every other consumer web site and see what they are doing to people. I have contacted the Kings County District Attorneys office but without any luck. I have contacted and made reports to everyone and to date, nothing. Last time I spoke to Oscar I was told there was nothing I could do to him regardless. I have spoken to several other people who have been defrauded by his company and we have decided enough is enough. He has cheated me out of over $800. I guess I should feel lucky because a lady in Minden, LA was cheated out of $1600 and yes they ran the 2 check fraud on her as well.
Please help us in getting this company exposed and possibly our money returned. One gentleman went through call for action in New York and they refunded his money within 2 weeks.
Please help.
