Lowe's Complaint

purchases over $6.000 in major appliances at Lowe's April 2010. Whirlpool gold french door refrigerator costing approx $2,400. Refrigerator section freezing food. I requested for a new fridge, don't want a repair. Who would when the item is just over 30 days old. Manager (brad) at Schererville Lowes agreed after constant calls to replace my unit. District manager (James) says its not their policy. Manager Brad denies he ever agreed to replacement. Corporate office talks in circles and directs you back to the store. After 5 days of calling I have still not talked to any management at corporate. Cant get any satisfaction. Please help. Thanks
