Lifetime TV Complaint

Loud commercials

- channel 53 in Princeton, Illinois
The commercials on Lifetime TV are at least twice as loud as the programing. I thought this was illegal. I know it is extremely annoying. What can I do short of not watching this channel to correct this?

Thank you!!! It drives me nuts, usually about halfway into a show they show a commercial that is suddenly twice as loud as the program. I like to have the TV in the background as I go to sleep, but not on this channel, the insanely loud commercials wake me up. Very irritating.
