Alitalia Airlines Complaint

Lost Luggage /No Customer Service

I flew from Italy on Alitalia airlines on July 1,2011 and my bag did not come with me. I was assured by Alitalia representatives that my bags would arrive on the next day and it never did. Three days passed, still nothing. I was then told that fed ex would deliver my luggage but only my duffel bag showed up. Today is now September 03,2011 and I have not been able to speak to a single representative with alitalia to find out when I get reimbursement for my luggage. In addition, I'm finding several other stories online reporting the similar incidents with Alitalia. Please help.
