Hi I live in MA. I bought a home 7 yrs ago, never late on a payment. Well property taxes went up 200.00 on my morgage. So I researched and received a e-mail from Hays Law Center which promised to get my intrest down to 2 -3%. which was 5.7. So I spoke to Kim Slater which made everything sound so resuring! They did all the proper paper work and so forth. Well last time I spoke to them November 15 2010 and said they were getting me an extension till Dec.1 2010. EXCEPT on December 1st there in the newspaper was my house forclosed and up for auction! It was bought by a Realitor.. WHAT happened I wasn't even notifide to give a chance to do anything. Everyone I've spoken to even to the Mayor has no resourses and said I have no choice but to get out. Why did I fall for such a scam! What are me and my 2yr old and 10 yr old going to do??? Can you please help I really don't want to loose my home just because I got caught in a scam! This is very important to me HELP PLEASE!
