This site looks a LOT like an official government site or a site condoned by the US Government (3rd party contractor). It gives the impression that their fee includes the service but the fee is for emailing a document NOT the actual service. I sent email querying this - NO RESPONSE. Basically I paid $129 for Form-565 with MY entries - something which I could have obtained free from Homeland Security.
