Compliance Services Complaint

This is the second year we have received what appears an official letter from Compliance Services in Tallahassee, FL stating we submit a check for $125, and business information on our shareholders, per the Florida Business Corporations Act.

We are required as a corporation to file every year, but not with this office.

Please make this known to others so they are not paying for services that are in reality a "Scam"
