How is Citimortgage even operating with all the incompetent people working there. For over two years we have been trying to get a loan modification and now owe approximately 40,000.00 in payments and fees!! We have sent in their modification worksheet and it has been "lost at least 7 times!!! I even have fax confirmations and emails. What is the "secret formula" to getting a modification? Should our expenses be more that our income, should our income be at a set number for people in the household- do we include our animals as an expense??? Citimortgage- please just call us back, talk to us...... don't lose our faxes!! I have to look at this with some humor or else I would just crawl up in a fetal position and stay in bed for days.
