World Class Heating and Air Conditioning Complaint

World Class Heating and Air Conditioning came to give me a free estimate. They charged me $2790. and said they would fix any problem that was minor for that price. They came back and told me the problem was major and they were going to have to charge me another $1600 to solve my problem. I have been without air since I came home from vacation on July 10. They claimed they would come to fix the problem on Sat. 17 and never showed. This is just a portion of the story, please call me for further explanation. They told me I had a leak. I had another air company out and they informed me my levels were fine and I had no leak.
