Hi, My name is James, I am a hard working Tennessee man, I was struggling to make my payments as I was finishing up college, I applied for loan modifcation where litton told me that I would have to submit some documents and then make 4 trial payments and then the loan would be modified and finalized! Bull, what really happened they told me I was missing documents, I was not I sent them EVERYTHING, one more thing they needed, over and over. They gave me wrong numbers and extensions that did not exist, they drug their feet in an attempt to get me to foreclosure because they were rbeing payed by the federal goverment to modify the loan and if they foreclose, because I have an FHA loan they will get paid and be able to sell my home again. I HATE the way Litton does business! I DARE CHALLENGE ANY OF THE SATIONS THAT RECIEVE THIS TO REVEAL THIER EVIL WAYS AND DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT!
