Litton Loan Service Complaint

I have paid this loan on time every month, I was locked into the loan because of the 35.000.00 First year prepayment and the 15.0000 Prepaymnt the second year. My second year anniversary is November and then I can get away from these people. Even tho I want to refinance now with some one else they force me to stay till the lst payment in November even tho I would pay for those months.
