USA Supreme Technology Complaint

Like to play "catch-22"? - biotechnical safety devices

- Phoenix, Tempe, AZ and Sparks, NV
Both I and my wife, being retired, I felt that I should try and do something to bring in some extra money. I retired from the State of Florida, Dept. of labor, as a counsleor and representative. We are also helping our son, who was born with spina bifida, a serious birth defect which causes loss of function below the spinal defect, which is basically the spinal chord protruding from the spinal canal. He has two stents that keep fluid from accumulating in the brain.
Anyway, I was contacted by phone from USA Supreme Tecchnology, calling from Tempe, AZ. The CEO finally persueded me to get in and said that if I did not make back my initial paymrnent in three months he would refund my money. His office is in Sparks, NV. Soon after I was contacted and persueded to pay for a $5,000 advertising mailout to prospects around the country. I took the bait. Then I did my research and guess what?; there were complaints all over the place. People invested a lot more money than I. Despite contacting all the state and federal agencies there is no relief short of a civil suit. The company even refused to reinstitute my advertising after I got back in. The supposed assistance never calls. What is it about the State of Arizona that seems to be a safe haven for these people? To me,$6,240 is a lot of money to see com-pleterly go down the drain. I don't know if there are others there who have the same story but these people need to be investigated. It sure looks like a duck to me.

I feel for you- I too was victimized by USA Supreme Technology starting in Dec of 2008- I was taken for the tune of $16000.00.
I have contacted what seems like every agency I can think of to no avail.
I was given a very high pressure sales pitch and relented giving them money with out doing a complete search. I was assured that distributors were making $5000 or more a month and that the business was growing so fast. I questioned about the technology and whether or not it was for me and they said that they would take care of all the technical questions and the sales- I should have questioned things further and I was an idiot and didn't. I fell hook line and sinker for their sales pitch and now I have nothing but debt!- I have contact with 14 other very unhappy distributors and heaven knows how many more are out there.
I would love for a TV station to pick up on this as there seems to be victims of this company all over the US and I even have contact with one in Canada!
PS- it's funny you should mention the reassurance from the CEO that if you didn't make your money in 90 days you could get your money back!- It was the same for me- what a load of BS. I would love to speak with you. send me an e-mail and I will get you my phone #. solldeborah at yahoo.com

I'm not a distributor for USA Supreme Tech. I was offered a "work from home" scheme which is referred to as a d.b.a. "Why Keep Working." Also as: Financial Freedom for All. After purchasing a web site to become an affiliate marketer (so-called) I was later called to purchase an advertisement campaign. Promises were made during the phone solicitation by Mike that I'd receive my investment back within the first forty to sixt-five days. This assurance was in fact reiterated. After contacting Amazon which is one of the retailers that I'm a "marketer" of, I discovered that banner advertisements from Amazon are free to it's affiliates. I've paid several thousand dollars for a supposed twenty-five thousand banners. Amazon informed me that they do not sell banners in bulk but they do promote web hosting companies. USA Sup. Tech has never tried to prove to me the location, viewability, or mere existence of the so-called number of banners I have as part of the product I purchased. I was also supposed to receive the proceeds of the solicitation of three thousand referrals. Now that I've received nothing as stated, I suppose I'm relieved in a way to know that no other people have become victims on my behalf. I take responsiblity for my actions. My sole decision to act was the repeated promise to make a yearly income and receive my investment back. If you're reading this it is very easy for you to scoff at me and say that I'm stupid and naive to not have researched and found the myriad of complaints that go all the way back to Horizon Technology days of posted complaints. You may think what you will
