| - Utah |
Please inform older folks that are looking to remove wrinkles to stay away from this bogus product. On their website they have big flashing neon banners that says "Get your free trial of risk free SP immediately" THIS IS NOT FREE AND THEY WILL TAKE MONEY OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT FOR $69.95. They are going to say that you agree to the terms and conditions. I give them that it is a term and condition that you have on the page BUT...Get you glasses cleaned and LOOK VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU CLICK THE PROCCESS MY ORDER BUTTON. THIS PRODUCT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! CONSUMERS BEWARE READ THEIR TERMS AND CONDITION STATEMENT. LOOK VERY CAREFULLY FOR BECAUSE IF YOU BLINK YOU WILL NOT FIND IT. MY ADVISE, JUST DON'T BUY IT PERIOD!!! it's not worth the hassle. Their customer service is just like the product horriable!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Read Next Complaint >>

Posted by gohanss2 on 05/07/2008 I ordered this product and I love it. It did say I would be charged in their terms and conditions, and that you would need to call in order to cancel. They have great customer service and offer 100% satisfaction when it comes to refunds on returned products. All you have to do is call. Their number is 866-897-0664
Posted by ghollissr on 05/14/2008 I agree with Joan43. This company is very shady dealing with consumers. I am currently fighting a charge of $69.90 on my credit card which I did not authorize. And, of course, the product is useless....
Posted by bestweb20 on 06/17/2008 I fell into their hands. Received my trial order and two weeks later another one. Was leaving to go out of town that day. When I returned check my cc bill. There were two charges of $69.95 plus the initial $9.95. Immmediately called them. They said that I had signed up for automatic delivery. Told them that they were fraudulent, they were rude and then told me a third shipment was going to arrive that day. Called them five times threatened them and told them they would never live to see my money. Was placing a dispute thru my cc company. They did reverse the charges and the third shipment came five days later. Round two and I won. Be very careful not jus with this company but with any others saying "free trial." This was my first experience and my last.
Posted by madcape on 09/17/2008 My story is very much like BESTWEB20. After my supposedly FREE ORDER I was billed shipping of $9.95 and 15 days later $69.90. A few days later I received another shipment which I then cancelled immediately. I was still fighting the original charge with CITI card until today. They claim they cannot reverse the charge as too much time has elapsed. But we were fighting this dispute from the start and they couldn't resolve it. I have a question for BEstWEB200. What credit card company are you using. I would very much like to switch.
Thank you
Posted by deannegirton on 10/21/2008 They do state that you have just 3 days to cancel or you will be charged the full price. I understood this when I ordered. However, they charged me the $9.95 shipping
Posted by deannegirton on 10/21/2008 I just checked some more of the web sites that sell this product, namely, Skin PerfectionMD. This ad also sells the LiftSP with the same terms and conditions of the 3 days to cancel. However, it again lists a phone number that does not work which is the 866-897-2464. The correct number is apparehntly 866-897-0664 but have been on hold now for over 30 minutes. Will let you know what happens !
Posted by moderator1776 on 12/21/2008 Come on folks, The terms are clear. I bought and loved the product, i was checking in Google to find there number to order more because i canceled before my trial was up and came across this. You should all be ashamed of yourselves.

Posted by gmansmom39 on 03/05/2009 Always read the terms and conditions of agreement prior to ordering any product. Especially if they offer the product for free - just pay for shipping and handling. Each and everyone of these ads automatically sign you up for monthly shipments. They make is almost impossible to cancel and the customer service department that was so very kind to you prior to ordering - turn into nasty creatures - when you ask for a refund or threaten to cancel. ALWAYS READ THE TERM AND CONDITIONS PRIOR TO GIVING ANY OF YOUR IMFORMATION (credit card info especially). Otherwise... they have you by the short hairs. YOU ARE ABLE TO FIND THE TERMS AT THE WAY BOTTOM OF THE ORDER FORM. ALWAYS - AND I MEAN ALWAYS READ THE TERM PRIOR TO GIVING ANY CREDIT INFORMATION. THEY ARE BANKING ON THE FACT THAT YOU DID NOT READ THEIR DISCLOSURE AND HAVE YOU EXACTLY WHERE THEY WANT YOU - TO CONTINUE TO DROP SHIP ON A MONTHLY BASIS. LET THIS BE A LESSON FOR ALL. SO MANY OF US HAVE MADE THIS MISTAKE IN THE PAST.... I HOPE THIS REACHES OTHERS PRIOR TO ORDERING ANYTHING ONLINE. GOOD LUCK!!!
Posted by g_bmay on 03/07/2009 I ordered this so called "free trial" for only the price of shipping. If you don't call to cancel the membership they start for you just by ordering this "free trial" then they will continue to send it to you on a monthly basis and charge your credit card. Doesn't sound like a "free trial" does it? It's not. I think about the people who sat in a room and tried to decide how to DECEIVE people to get at least one shipment out of them before they figured out what was going on. SHAME ON YOU!
Posted by elaigat on 03/10/2009 This is a scam. No doubt about it.
Posted by michelle on 03/11/2009 Hello, this is the manager of Customer Service for this product. Posted by siliconvalleymom on 04/11/2009 Liftsp is a big scam. I had read about it and did got some complaints off the websites. I thought the worst is just losing $4.95 for shipping for this free trial. I order this item and didn't received it until 9 days later. It does not take that long to ship from Utah to California. Some of liftsp's claim is that it is instant, but it did nothing to a very tiny wrinkle. The item just coated my skin and left a soft feel, but did nothing as LIFTsp claims it will do. I used this item 3 times that day and decided that it is a big scam. I called the company up the same day I received it to cancel at future shipment only to find out they charged me an additional $29.95 for SP-creme which I did not order or received. I did read all the fine prints and marked "NO" for the sp-creme for $29.95. I called them up numerous time and they told me my money will be refunded. It's been over 2 months now and there is no refund. I notified my credit card company within a few days of this. Folks please cancel your credit card and ask your credit card to re-issue another card, so this scam company cannot used it for some other products of theirs. About 3 weeks later I got a letter from another company offering me another wrinkle serum out of Arizona which I believe is either a sister company or affiliated with the Liftsp company. Liftsp will sell your data to other company without authorization. I did more research today and found all those photo they used for there ad (before and after is also a fraud). Some of these pictures are stolen from patients that got comestic(plastic) surgery and it isn't the result of using any of their facial creme or serum. I thought I just lost $4.95 and they stole $29.95. They cannot touch anymore of my mind cuz I told my credit card not to authorize any charges by this company. I also gave my credit card company the delivery confirmation date form USPS, so Liftsp company cannot lied about anything. I got the item 9 days after ordering and called them to cancel the day I got the item. Please don't believe anything such as anti-wrinkle creme that got temporarily remove wrinkles as long as you use it. All of this is a scam. With some more expensive creme you must use it a month or more to see a bit of results. I tried Olay's ProX line and I do see some improvement of my skin after only using it for 5 days. I am 44 and never used moisturizers on my face cuz I hate the sticky feeling of having something like that on my skin, but with the advance skin technology, you can find many creme with no perfume or dye that isn't sticky like the ones that is made before the 90's. Please don't fall for scams. Like I side the pictures that most of those expensive creme company used are from comestic surgeries..................
Posted by domesticcraftgoddess on 04/13/2009 I found out more about this Dri company which sells liftsp. This company also sell many other anti-aging creme/serum using different names under different company names, but it all own by the same people. All the blogs and reviews in their favor is posted by the company itself. All the blogs you see is like a form letter. The two products that the fake blogs claim to use is underlined and also the name of the person. Pretty much anything you see that have an underline is like "fill in the blank". That mean the name changes, city changes, product name changes. It is scams created by the same coompany. Liftsp = Chamonix = Jeunesse. Liftsp is the product name they go by now. The other two names were used before. This company keep scamming people, so they change there product name at least for the 3rd time now. IF someone can find more information, please enter it, so it will help others from being scam out of their hard earn dollars. The pictures liftsp used on their website of before and after photos can change from time to time. THe one I saw today of a man 4-12-09 was a picture stolen from a plastic surgereon's online photo album. This man got laser resurfacing on his crow's feet. If you people have time, please go through as many online plastic surgeon's website that have photos of before and after plastic surgery photos, then you will find some pictures that lifsp use on their website are not the results of using their products, but the results of plastic surgery and/or laser resurfacing.......... Liftsp didn't get CNN, ABC, Barbara Walters ,or Oprah's endorsement. Dr. Jepson may have talked about his product on some of these shows, but there is no proof that any of it work. Dr. Jepson have no legitimate documented creditability to his products. All blogs and reviews are fake.................... All software engineers or internet programmers can show you how easy these fake reviews can be done. Please go on google and type "liftsp scam" and "lift sp fraud". There is a lady that listed a bunch of phony blogs posted by DRI. Some of the phony blogs since her posting disappeared, but many are so there. It is so funny to see the same lady's picture in 3 different blogs for different products with 3 differnt names and so on................... All these products of course are sold by the same people under different company names............. Beware of any anti-wrinkle product out of arizona for $4.95 free trial. All the free trails are fake. You end up paying for way more than that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Posted by moreforyourmoney on 04/14/2009 LOL LOL . This product is the biggesst scam I ever seen using fake blogs and pictures from results of plastic/comestic surgeries......... I cannot stop laughing for those that fall into this scammmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
Posted by Ilovesushi on 04/14/2009 Oh, I also found out that many of these anti-wrinkle products are just a big scam. Many of these companies are either sister/brother companies or affiliated with one another.
Here is the biggest laugh. By the time DRI-LIFT and its affiliates read this, they will have to change their phony blogs again. These phony blogs used about 3 different styles of form letters which allows the names, cities, and number of children too change. Well, here is the proof. All this is put up by DRI out of Riverton, Utah and its affiliated companies....... What a joke. They think we are all stupid or what. If the product really works, then why post fake blogs and also many fake reviews on the internet too!!!!!! This company makes other anti-wrinkle products and markets them under different names. Here is a list of phony blogs for you folks to get a good laugh out of: (there are more, but I got too tire of typing them all in. Too many to list.

Posted by Toinfoyou on 04/16/2009 Another product called De-age serum is the same with liftsp. I think they are affiliated to DRI. Same scam and same unrealistic before and after pictures of their anti-wrinkle serum user. This lady clearly got botox shots between her eyes and then surgery for her lower eye skin to remove the puffiness and excessive skin. The models that they used for all anti-wrinkle products usually have no before and after pictures. They are models in the teens to early 20's, but as for those before and after photos of any anti-wrinkle creme/serum they are fake and results are from comestic surgeries and/or skin laser resurfacing. Don't be fool. The products make your skin feel smooth, but does nothing for them. Don't waste your money. If your looks really bother you that bad, save up money and get plastic surgeries. Don't have the money? Try moving to brazil or any other south american countries that the government will paid for these kinds of surgeries. I heard that Australia's government will paid for comestic surgery for residents only. same for south american countries. IF you want gender re-assignment (change your gender), move to England and establish residency. British government pays for sex change................... Good lucl. Everyone is beautiful in one way or another, except for the scam artists that post phony blogs, reviews and selling you products that doesn't work.........................
Posted by pleco22 on 04/22/2009 Just fell into the same trap as everyone else! Wish I had read some reviews before accepting the FREE trial. Followed the link from one of the fake blogs...these are terrible people! The letter you get with the product doesn't even tell you about the trial period, so you had better remember the terms when you fall for their scam.
Posted by ibethdellemann on 04/28/2009 I ordered the free trial of cream, after completing the transaction a Live chat person came on by the name of Kelley trying to sell me more crap. This is when I smelled a rat and told Kelley I am no longer interested in anything, she would not take no for an answer. I called the company immediately trying to stop the free trial, unsuccessfully, they charged my account $ 4.95 plus $ 79.95 twice. I had to change my Visa account, this was the only way to stop them from charging more. Lift SP send me two creams which I returned unopened...still they kept my Money. By the way they will not answer phone or e-mail, I send a registered letter yesterday..plus I reported them to the FCC, please do likewise.
Please, I urge you to help me put them out of Business, I do not want another person to encounter this night mare.
The next step will be to get the Media involved.
Please contact the Utah Attorney General report them to the FCC, better Business Bureau
